Festivak Connect App

With more than 250+ exhibitors, Festivak is known as the largest event for the event industry in the Netherlands. To get everything out of your visit, it is important to network efficiently, find answers to your questions and manage your time well. Festivak Connect is a free app designed to give you the ultimate exhibition experience. Exhibitors, speakers, organizations and you as a visitor use the app. It allows you to build a network, make contacts with exhibitors and plan a meeting in advance. In addition, the app also functions as a guide where you can find the program and all speakers. This page lists all the functions you can use the app for. Compared to the previous edition, we have also added some new features to make your trade show visit even more effective.

Create your personal program

Through the app you can view the full program. Select the sessions you want to attend and add them to your personal schedule. An important note: make sure you're on time, because adding a session to your agenda does not guarantee a seat in the lecture hall.

All exhibitors in a row

In Festivak Connect you get a clear overview of all exhibitors. Use the filter function to find the exhibitors relevant to you and view essential company information.

Swipe-2-Match

Networking becomes a lot more fun and easy with the new Swipe-2-Match feature in our app. Swipe left or right to connect with attendees who share similar interests. This makes it easy to quickly find relevant connections.

Appointments

Visitors and exhibitors can easily schedule appointments through the app. Scheduled meetings take place at the Network Meeting Point. Prefer to meet somewhere else? We also have an attractive central fair terrace where you can sit quietly. It is also possible to schedule an appointment at a specific booth.

To make sure no one misses an appointment, the app automatically sends a reminder just before the scheduled time.

Social Wall

During and before the event, we have a Social Wall in the app. This encourages interaction and engagement. You can contribute to the Social Wall by sharing photos, comments and experiences before, during and after the event.

During the event

With Festivak Connect you have all information at your fingertips. Keep track of your personal agenda and make sure you don't miss anything. Looking for a specific exhibitor? Find the booth number quickly via the app.

Practical info

1,5 week before Festivak you will receive an email with login details. By filling in your details and interests prior to the trade show and seeing who you match with, you can make your visit to the trade show more efficient.
